The 2027 Medicare Supplement plans chart shows what each of the 10 standardized Medigap plans covers, A through N. A “Yes” means the plan pays 100% of that cost; a percentage means it pays part.
The chart is the fastest way to compare Medigap plans because benefits are set by federal law: every insurer’s plan with the same letter must match the chart. Once you pick a letter from the chart, the only thing left to compare is price.

2027 update (October 27, 2026)
Annual Enrollment is open now through December 7, 2026, with new coverage starting January 1, 2027. About 3.2 million people in individual Medicare Advantage plans (about 11%) must pick a new plan for 2027 because theirs is being discontinued.
If your Medicare Advantage plan is ending, you generally have a guaranteed issue right to buy certain Medigap plans, including Plan G, without health questions. The right lasts until 63 days after your Medicare Advantage coverage ends, so for a plan ending December 31, 2026, that is early March 2027. Apply before your plan ends to avoid a gap.
High-Deductible Plan G and Plan F have a $3,050 deductible for 2027, up from $2,950. Plan F and Plan C remain available only to people who were eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.
CMS has not yet announced the 2027 Part B premium and deductible; it normally does in November. The 2026 Medicare Trustees Report projects about $209.50 a month and a $292 deductible, up from $202.90 and $283 in 2026.
